There are lots of ways to get to HI-Los Angeles/Santa Monica

From LAX Los Angeles International Airport:
Taxis available (about $30 USD) Super Shuttles available outside baggage claim (about $18 USD) Public Transportation: Take Airport Shuttle Bus "C" to City Bus Terminal where you will board Big Blue Bus #3 (Lincoln Blvd) and take it to 2nd and Broadway in Santa Monica, walk 1/2 block north to the hostel. (less than $1 USD)

From Union Station (Amtrak):
Take the MTA bus #33 from Los Angeles and Arcadia Streets to 2nd and Broadway in Santa Monica, walk 1/2 block north to the hostel. (less than $1 USD)

From the Greyhound Bus Station:
Take MTA bus #60 west to 7th and Springs Streets, (asking and paying for a transfer when you get on the bus,) then transfer to bus #33 and take to 2nd and Broadway in Santa Monica, walk 1/2 block noreth to the hostel. (under $1 USD)
